For Immediate

Air Force
Safety…the goal is zero mishaps!
ProMarketing,
Inc. a Louisville, KY company was selected by the Air Force at the
Pentagon to assist in implementing the Air Force Chief of Staff,
General Jumper’s program to reduce preventable mishaps. As General
Jumper stated, February 18, “we cannot fall into the trap of
accepting accidents as a cost of doing business, when all accidents
are preventable.” The “number one killer of Air Force personnel is
private motor vehicles and motorcycle accidents”.
This is the third
time, since 9/11, Michael Waddell and his firm, ProMarketing has
been selected to develop special programs for the U. S. Air Force.
In 2001 ProMarketing was selected from a field of 18 companies from
across America to come to Washington and develop the “Family Liaison
Officer Program” for the Air Force.
According the
Air Force Executive Producer Major Scott Ross, “ProMarketing, Inc.
completed the production of the “Family Liaison Officer’s Training
Program” in “record time” and it is of the highest quality.”
In 2003,
ProMarketing was selected again, this time from a field of 15
companies, to develop and produce two more titles for the Air Force
at the Pentagon.
Last week
ProMarketing’s art director, John Sparks completed the designs for
the facilitator brochures and the full color packaging for “Before
Their Time”, an 18 minute video, and “The Preventable Losses”, a 23
minute video that Michael Waddell wrote, produced and directed for
the US Air Force at the Pentagon. The videos will be distributed on
VHS and on CD-ROM. These special motivational training programs are
designed to help the Air Force achieve their “zero mishaps” goal.
It is interesting to note that the leading cause of death in the US
for people between the ages of 15 and 44 is the same as it is in the
Air Force, vehicular related mishaps.
Michael looks
forward to applying his style of motivational training to other
challenging situations facing business, industry and the
military...
