Our reality-based approach to behavior modification communication is at the core of our programs.  We tell it like it is through interviews with those that have been there and experienced the pain  and  the injuries,  or in the cases that resulted in death, interviews with surviving friends, colleagues and family members.

Our presentations are designed to bring out the maximum emotional response in the viewers, in order to drive home the serious nature of safety training and injury prevention.  In the meeting that follows the presentation facilitators moderate the discussion as each audience almost spontaneously creates their own plan to get the word out in their community. 

This action by the group, demonstrates their buy-in to the message and their desire to speak-out in their own community.  This is grass-roots boot-strapping at its best.  People helping people help people.  We provide the catalyst and each group and each community provide the rest. 

I have examples that you can view, we have people you can talk with and we can explain the path we follow to create each program, but the bottom line is that our programs require the local connection to have the power.  We are not giving you a program that we did for someone else.  We are creating programs and doing training based on the experiences of your work-force, your neighbors, your friends, your relatives and your loved ones.  Our programs connect because each program has a local connection.
